This is good information. I'm happy to see the pluses of Florida and Sarasota, in particular, pointed out since our area has been devastated by the real estate downturn.
You are absolutely correct. When people who have traveled all around Florida come here to see the place, they fall in love with our soft white beaches as well as the many other amenities offered in Sarasota and adjoining communities.
Maybe now we can get people interested again in our homes and condos for sale with good news items like this.
I think you are right in this prediction. I have sure fallen in love with the area while looking for Florida homes. This site (called propertymaps) I have been using has a google maps/mls tool which has been a huge help in narrowing my search down to Sarasota.
