It doesn't get much better than living on Anna Maria Island. Traditionally, just the land can be very expensive. What would be a range to buy a cottage out there?

I was looking for some beach properties and found your article. As you said, Anna Maria Island has many modestly priced homes. I think it is true; rates you have mentioned above are quite affordable in comparison to the place.
